WITH THE HOLIDAY SEASON RAPIDLY APPROACHING WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO LOTS OF CHEER AND WELL WE ALL KNOW THE DOWNSIDE. AS MUCH AS WE LOOK FORWARD TO ALL THE HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS IT PUSHES OUR TIME, ENERGY, AND WALLETS TO THE MAX.
I CANNOT THINK OF A BETTER TIME THAN THE PRESENT TO TAKE A FEW DEEP BREATHS AND PIN DOWN SOME VERY IMPORTANT PERSONAL LIMITS. EVERYBODY IS UNIQUE AND WE ALL THRIVE IN DIFFERENT WAYS. YOU WANT TO FEEL YOUR BEST WHEN GATHERING WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
ONCE YOU HAVE PINNED DOWN YOUR LIMITS DO YOUR BEST TO STICK TO THEM THROUGHOUT THIS JOLLY SEASON AS WELL AS THROUGHOUT THE NEW YEAR. I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT I AM ABOVE AVERAGE ON REQUIREMENTS FOR BEING MY BEST. OODLES OF SLEEP AND THE OCCASSIONAL DOWN TIME KEEP ME FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. I NEED THAT ONE DAY WITH NO OBLIGATIONS, NO TIME FRAME, WHERE I DO NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS COUNT A CALORIE. IT'S MY TIME TO REGROUP AND RECHARGE.
