2 Hour Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Revel in a 2 hour Restorative Yoga Session focusing on holding postures for longer breaths to ease body and mind deeper into relaxation and restoration. Look forward to a good night's rest following this session. $20 (Members $15)

I can't wait for Friday evening, I look forward to Restorative Yoga every month for some much needed restoration and relaxation.
