Rev up your morning by starting your day with this

SIMPLE SMOOTHIE

Handful of Frozen Fruits (I like organic Strawberries & Blueberries)

Slice up one Organic Banana

Toss into Blender & Puree

Add Ons: Soy Powder Protein, Concentrated Black Cherry Juice, etc.

*Makes a Thick Hearty Smoothie, if you would like a thinner consistency just add Soy Milk until you reach the consistency you prefer)
